Limerick Social Service Council invites applications for the following position:

Community Families Home Visitor (formerly Community Mothers)

(25 hours/week; Two year fixed term contract)

We have an exciting opportunity for a new Community Families (formerly the Community Mothers Programme) Home Visitor position. The successful candidate will have an opportunity to work collaboratively with a committed group of professionals to support parents and their children to achieve positive outcomes in the early years. This post is based in the Southside Child and Family Centre, Galvone.

Terms and Conditions:

• Part time, Two year fixed term contract, subject to 6 months’ probation, references, Garda Vetting and continued funding from funding agencies
• Salary: Commensurate with Experience
